The road here
My name is Viktor Leonov (Viktor Leonov on LinkedIn). I have spent more than 27 years in hotels — not observing them, but on night shifts, in budgets and in inspections.
I started in five-star hotels in London, where I learned that good service is not seen, it is felt. Then I led teams in the United Kingdom, Germany and Bulgaria — city hotels and coastal and mountain resorts, with 40 staff and with 400.
In 2016 I founded Hotel Consult, to work on the thing that was the same everywhere: the difference between a good hotel and a mediocre one is almost never the marble. It is whether somebody wrote the process down, trained the person, and then checked.
